On the tennis court, Hailey is an EXTRAORDINARY teammate who consistently places others before herself. As her coach, each time I have placed her in a tough position for the good of the team – she has performed well and embraced those times with heart and grit.  In moments of doubt and tears, her self-efficacy has pulled her through demonstrating her courage and strength. I foresee great success for her in the future.
