BHS Instrumental Music & Color Guard

Bonita High School Instrumental Music and Color Guard Program

Born on athletic fields across the nation and founded in the tradition of military and outdoor pageantry, marching bands and color guards have a long history in America. Often rehearsing nine hours a day through heat, cold, dust and rain, they create thrilling performances where athleticism, musical talent, kaleidoscopic movement, and showmanship merge into an art form that is both competitive and entertaining.

The Bonita High School Instrumental Music and Color Guard Program is steeped in performance traditions and includes distinct seasons for Marching Band, Drumline, Color Guard, Jazz Ensemble, Wind Ensemble, and Symphonic Band. We would like to invite you to experience and share in the excitement and joy of our program.

Sponsor Opportunities

The shows that our groups perform demand many levels of financial support for staffing, design, props, costuming, equipment, transportation, and operational expenses. The support we receive from our business community and citizens makes a tremendous difference in our ability to provide the tremendously talented music students in the Bonita District with the opportunity to excel at their craft.
