PARENTS

PARENTS- This month, November, a camera crew from the Bonita High School’s Film Class will be on campus filming footage for an upcoming video they are producing for the La Verne/San Dimas Educational Foundation.  Some of the programs at Bonita High School that are supporting technology, innovation, and engagement will be featured in the video, so the crew is collecting footage of the campus. They will not be interviewing students, and the footage is designed to capture a sense of the campus culture, with no focus on individual students. Although no students will be singled out in the video, we do want to give you an opportunity to opt your son or daughter out of appearing in the video should that be your preference. If you would like to opt out, please email venegas@bonita.k12.ca.us by this Friday, November 4th at noon.

PARENTS- Bonita High School is in the midst of a self-study for the purposes of being accredited the by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).  A WASC team of teachers and administrators will be visiting BHS in late January to assess our self-study.  As part of the external evaluation, we are asking parents to participate in a “Parent Survey” whose results will be viewed by the visiting team. You can participate by visiting www.bonitahigh.net and look for the parent survey.
