Bennett has a 4.27 grade point average. This is a young man who exhibits Grit on an everyday basis. He manages to excel in academics, athletics (tennis team) while remaining devoted to his family. Bennett is the top ranked player on the tennis team and will compete for the top position in league this year. He competes in United States Tennis Association tournaments practically every weekend throughout the Southern California area. Bennett is also involved in community service and helps those in need. He is an example of what happens when you work hard every day. Sleep is not in his vocabulary saying “sleep is for losers”

I am nominating Myron because he has done a complete 360 in academics as well as behavior. He has shown respect towards peers and staff that didn’t exist last year. He has turned into a role model in the classroom and participates positively. Myron even offers to help other students in the class. He now has unlimited potential.
