“WHAT’S NEW”
STUDENTS- The wrestling team is still looking for both boys and girls to join us! Our pre-season practices continue Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week from 4:00-5:30. Come be the wrestling room to check us out!
“BHS NEWS”
SENIORS AND SENIOR PARENTS- The FAFSA submission window opens October 2nd! The Citrus College Financial Aid Department is hosting a Cash for College workshop, where students and their parents will receive hands-on support completing the 2022-2023 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and California Dream Act Application. The event will take place on Saturday, October 2, 2021 between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. ALL students are welcome to attend and do not need to be applying to Citrus College. This will be a great opportunity to get answers to all of their financial aid questions. Please see attached flyer for further details and registration link.
GIRLS BASKETBALL- tryouts will be on Tuesday, September 14th from 4:30-6:00pm in the old gym. Girls interested in trying out must have their physicals turned in and athletic clearance prior to tryouts.
STUDENTS & PARENTS- PTSA fundraiser event will be at Chipotle, 2298 Foothill Blvd in La Verne, Monday, September 13th between 5:00pm and 9:00pm. Tell the cashier your supporting Bonita High PTSA so 33% of the proceeds will be donated to Bonita High PTSA. Flyer attached.
