A Cool Daily Bulletin

Elective Classes: Students, please remember that you have two weeks to decide as to whether to change an elective class.  Most elective classes are full except for ROP Fashion, ROP Cosmetology and Fiber Art.  If you are interested in one of these classes, fill out a green form to request a counselor appointment.  You will not be permitted to change an elective class after two weeks.

All Students:  Please be sure to look at your schedule as to whether or not you are enrolled in period 5, Study Hall/Intervention.  Failure to report to period 5 will result in a Saturday School assignment. If you do not have a period 5 class, you must wear your lanyard with your student ID attached during period 5.

STUDENTS Miss Holk needs student aides’ periods 2-7 please see her in the Girls Locker room for more information.

STUDENTS Mrs. Sekhri is looking for a teacher aide for period 2 and 6. If you are interested please see Mrs. Sekhri in Room 906

STUDENTS if you are interested in starting a new club or renewing a past club, please pick up a packet from the ASB room 704.  Completed packets are due to Mrs. Lindsay in room 704 by September 2nd.  See Mrs. Lindsay if you have any questions about clubs?

STUDENTS the first home football game is this Friday at 7pm.

FRESHMEN interested in serving on Freshmen Class Council must turn in their application by September 3rd to room 704.  Applications are available in rooms 704 and 606.  See Mrs. Kavazanjian or Mrs. Lindsay if you have any questions?

GIRLS TENNIS will be holding tryouts all week afterschool.  See Mr. Bell in Room 814 for more information.

STUDENTS all current student work permits will expire on Friday. A new permit must be issued through the career/college center. If you are currently working please see Mrs. O’Grady at lunch. (All week)

OFF CAMPUS LUNCH PASS, attention Juniors & Seniors turn completed forms into Mrs. Skibar by FRI, AUG. 28th.  OFFICE WILL CHECK CLEARANCE FOR GPA, LIBRARY & FINANCE. Off Campus Lunch stickers will be issued starting Wed. Aug. 26th during INTERVENTION & LUNCH ONLY.  (First Quarter DEADLINE for OFF CAMPUS LUNCH PASS is Friday, Aug. 28th)If you did not attend registration and do not have an ID, you will need to wait untilMake-Up Picture Day September 8th to be issued your off campus pass.

PARKING PERMIT must be paid for in Finance Office first. Then turn form into Mrs. Skibar. The office will approve Library clearance. Parking tags will be issued starting TUESDAY, SEPT. 1ST.   Parking will be enforced starting TUESDAY, SEPT.8TH

SENIORS make up picture day for portraits is September 3rd in the Student Union.  Seniors who have not taken their portrait must call South Coast to schedule an appointment for this day only; all other make up pictures will be taken at the South Coast Studio in Anaheim.  The phone number is:  714-630-8584.

MAKE UP PICTURE DAYis September 8th call slips will be sent out for students who need ID’s, if you do not receive a call slip please see Mrs. Lindsay in Room 704.

CAREER CENTER will have representatives from various colleges coming to campus to present information about their school. Presentation are held in the Career Center and are open to all students. Please sign up with Mrs. O’Grady to attend a presentation. You are responsible for any work you miss in class due to attending a presentation.  The following colleges will be on campus September 9thUniversity of Redlands during 6th, Mount Saint Mary’s 7th period, Cal Baptist University lunchtime.
