Choir Students Chosen for SoCal Regional Honor Choir

We got some more incredible news over the weekend. Seven of Bonita High School’s choir members were chosen for Southern California’s Regional Honor Choir! Each school year, the Southern California Vocal Association (SCVA) selects around 250 outstanding choir members from over 500 high school auditionees across the region to sing in one of three choirs: SSAA, TTBB, or SATB Honor Choirs. Chosen singers will come together on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, November 16, 17 & 18 at University of Redlands for three full days of intense rehearsals culminating in a Saturday evening concert. Bonita High School Choral Music is proud to have 7 students selected this year, a huge honor! Each of them went through a vigorous audition process being evaluated on tonal memory, sight-reading, music scales/triads and preparing a solo, most high schools hope to have one student selected.

The following students will be representing Bonita High School:
Gage D., Senior
Ksenia F., Junior
Valeria G., Sophomore
Audrey G., Senior
Nathan K., Senior
Eric R., Senior
Christian W., Junior

Please join me in congratulating these students for this prestigious honor!
