NO SCHOOL- There will be no school on February 13th as we observe Lincoln’s Birthday. There is also no school on February 20th in observation of Presidents’ Day. The office will be closed both days as well.

SPRING 2023 CSF APPLICATION- is now available to submit your Fall 2022 grades. The deadline for the application is Sunday, February 5th. No late submissions will be accepted. The link and more information can be found on our website (bonitahigh.net). LUNCH IN STUDENT PARKING LOTis NOT permitted. Students are not allowed to loiter, mingle, eat lunch and set out chairs in the parking lot at lunch so that we may maintain the safety of everyone.

PARKING PERMIT UPDATE – There are currently a few remaining parking spots available in the student parking lot. Students must have a parking permit to park on campus. Any student with a valid driver’s license may apply. If students park without a BHS permitted parking tag, they will receive a detention. If they continue to park without a permit, Saturday school will be assigned. Progressive discipline will occur if the problem persists. If you have any questions, please contact the front office.

TARDIES– As we start our 2nd semester, we wanted to go over the school tardy policy once more. In the Student handbook it states “A parent or legal guardian may clear three tardies (lates) to school per semester. The fourth (4th) tardy will result in a detention and will not be cleared. After the fifth (5th) tardy, a Saturday School will be issued.”. We will be assigning Saturday schools for five (5) tardies or more. However, if your student is late to school due to a medical, dental or court appointment, the student should bring proof of appointment so the tardy can be cleared and the note should be turned into Ms. Zago directly at attendance. Please keep in mind that if your student is issued a detention during a tardy sweep, and has not used all 3 tardies available to them, they may clear it with Ms. Zago at attendance.
