“ADDITIONAL BHS NEWS”
PROM- is sold out. In order to attend Prom, all students must provide a COVID-19 negative test or proof of full vaccination. Students who prefer to take a test on their own, can go to the Pomona Fairplex on May 27th. Results must be presented at Bonita no later than 3pm on Friday, May 28th. Students may bring a copy of their vaccination card as proof of being fully vaccinated (2 weeks or more past the last dose) to the front office at Bonita High School. Copies of vaccination cards can be dropped off at the front desk no later than 3pm on Friday, May 28th. Negative test results and proof of vaccination will NOT be accepted at the venue. Please print the permission form and have parents sign it and bring it with you on May 26th if you will be getting tested at Bonita.
ALL STUDENTS- interested in athletics must complete the online information on Home Campus. In addition, a new physical will be needed for the 2021-2022 school year. Physicals will be held on campus on June 3. See attached flyers.
YEARBOOKS- will be on sale for $95.00 through June 4th. They are available on the Bonita High School ASB webstore. There is a 3% convenience fee added to the purchase. Here is the link to purchase on the webstore: https://bonitahigh.myschoolcentral.com/
They can also be purchased in the finance office with cash, check or card from 8am – 11:30am and 12:30pm – 3:00pm any day during the week next week. The 3% fee is also charged when using a card in person in the finance office.

Changes to your times will not be allowed once submitted. Masks are required for both students and parents to and from the stadium.
Grad Walks are on June 3rd
7:40am – Meet at BHS in cap and gown
8:10am – Arrive at the elementary schools
9:00am – Board the busses to head over to Ramona Middle School
9:20am – 10:00 – Walk Ramona Middle School
10:15am – Arrive at BHS and put cap and gowns in cars and report to 2nd period.
Graduation is on June 10th at 7:00pm in Glenn Davis Stadium. Next week your student will be given a code that will allow them to download up to 3 tickets each. Parents / Guardians must have a smartphone to redeem their tickets at the gate.
Masks MUST be work at all times during the ceremony inside the stadium.
Graduation will be livestreamed for those that are not able attend in person.
SENIORS- see calendar of activities attached.
STUDENTS- if you ride a skateboard to school the skateboard must be locked in the skateboard rack prior to school starting, Skateboards that are not locked up will be confiscated by administration. Skateboards must not be ridden on campus, students caught riding the skateboards during school time will receive disciplinary action.
SUMMER SCHOOL- Classes are posted in the Attendance window outside of the Admin building. Here is the Link of students registered for Summer School by student ID number and course.

Students who wish to register for a class may come to the gym on Monday, June 14th at 7:30am to see if students withdrew or were no-shows.
LIBRARY BOOK RETURNS/EXCHANGES- The Library is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm, closed for lunch 12:30-1:30pm
2021 CHROMEBOOKS- With the exception of students not returning to a BUSD school in the 2021-2022 school year (including graduating Seniors), all BUSD students will keep possession of their checked out Chromebooks for the 2021-2022 school year.
Students changing schools within BUSD will also keep their Chromebooks. For example, an 8th Grader promoting to High School would take their Chromebook with them.
DISTRICT CHROMEBOOK EXCHANGE/REPAIR INFORMATION- Chromebooks are now available in the Library, Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:00pm.
