Orientation for Citrus College Promise Program

Dear Student,

You are receiving this email because you had expressed interest and completed some of the initial steps to participate in the Citrus College Early Decision program. The Citrus College Early Decision program provides many benefits including one year of priority registration, an invitation to participate in the IWCC program, and will be eligible to participate in the Citrus College Promise Program. If you wish to continue to the next step of this program, please complete the following online orientation and abbreviated Student Education Plan. To receive priority registration for summer AND fall, please complete the online orientation and abbreviated Student Education Plan by Monday, May 4.  If you do not plan to enroll in summer term, please complete both steps by Friday, May 22 to receive priority registration for fall.

STEP 1: Complete the Online Orientation here: Early Decision Orientation

In order to complete this step, you will need your username, password, and Citrus College Student Identification Number (A00******) located in the Welcome Letter emailed to you from Admissions & Records Office. For your username and password, use the first part of your email (up to the @ sign) for your username and password type Cc and the first eight-digits of your birthday. For Example: Student email: JanDoe123@student.citruscollege.edu Network Login: JanDoe123 Password: “Cc” followed by your birthday in “MMDDYYYY” format. (example: April 30, 1988, enter 04301988) – as the eight-digit Example Password: Cc04301988

If you are having difficulty finding your student ID number, please contact School Relations and Outreach office at outreach@citruscollege.edu and we can assist you.

STEP 2: You must complete your abbreviated Student Education Plan (SEP) at the end of the Orientation

There are 3 ways to complete this:

  • You can create your SEP by using the video instructions at the end of Orientation
  • You can attend a group SEP Group Session for a more hands on tutorial on creating your SEP. Please sign up for a Zoom meeting by clicking on this link SEP Zoom Workshop

OR

  • Schedule an individual appointment by clicking on this link: Counseling Appointment or calling (626) 914-8530 (Please let the counselor know you are an Early Decision student)
