Spring Break, April 4th– April 8th

PARENTSCoffee with the Principal is this Friday, April 1st, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM in the conference room. Come and discuss topics on the BHS campus in an open forum.

PARENTS – please note changes on school calendar; Compact day originally scheduled on Monday, April 25th will now be Monday, April 18th.  And the minimum day originally scheduled on Thursday, May 26th will now be Monday, May 23rd.

PARENTS AND STUDENTSGraduation is June 9th, 6 PM in the Glenn Davis Stadium, more details to come.

PARENTSThe  Unified Methodist Church of La Verne is asking that Parents do not use their parking lot for student drop offs or pick-ups. This area is reserved for their pre-school students only. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. .

PARENTS – Summer School is June 13th thru July 15th.

STUDENTSIf you have lost something recently in the Girls locker room, please check the locker room lost and found with Mrs. Tedesco.

STUDENTSIf you ride a BUSD school bus and think you may have lost an item, please stop by the transportation office located at 115 W. Allen Avenue, San Dimas, CA 91773 or call Julie Harris at 909-971-8320 ext. 5261 to claim your lost item.

STUDENTS AND PARENTSWe are no longer accepting drop off items in the Office.

STUDENTSWe are no longer selling parking permits. The parking lot is at full capacity, please plan accordingly.

STUDENTSThere is a lost & found located at the front desk with Mrs. Venegas. Please make sure if you have lost an item (including cellphones or keys) that you come up to check if we have found them. We now have a collection of keys and phones that are needing to be claimed.

STUDENTSThe 5th Annual Regional Art Exhibition, ArtReach 2016: The Art of Metaphor, will be taking place March 5th-31st from 6-9 PM at the Pomona Fairplex. For additional information, please visitTLCfairplex.org/art.

STUDENTS AND PARENTSDon’t forget to PREORDER your yearbook.  Yearbooks sell out every year. $100 with ASB/$120 without.  Payment should be made to the finance office.

SENIORSGrad Nite 2016…..”A Nite at the Carnival”, Thursday, June 9th, 10pm-5:30am.  Tickets $160.00.  Questions: Debbie Moran 909/638-9247 debmoran3@aol.com. There is also additional information available at the front desk.

ACTIVITIES

STUDENTSProm is May 28th at “The Hacienda” in Santa Ana from 7 PM-11PM. There will be more details to follow.

WRESTLINGbanquet is Tuesday, March 29th at Paradise Buffet in Montclair from 6-8:30 PM. Tickets are $16 per person and can be purchased from the Finance Office. All Wrestlers need to bring their washed singlet to the banquet, please.

STUDENTS Sadie Hawkins will be Saturday, April 16th from 4-7 PM with live bands and activities. Tickets are $15 per person or $25 a couple. Permission slips are available at the front desk.

BOYS BASKETBALL – banquet has been rescheduled to Monday, April 11th, 6pm at Hillcrest Retirement Center in the Meeting House Room. Tickets are $25 a person and are on sale in the Finance Office. Last day to purchase your ticket is Friday, April 1st.

BOYS SOCCER – end of the year banquet will be on Monday, April 11 from 6-9:30pm at Sierra La Verne Country Club.  The cost is $25 per person (player or guest), checks are payable to Bonita High in the Finance Office.  The deadline for purchasing tickets is Friday, March 18.  Any questions, please contact Mike Mumford at mmikeford@gmail.com.
