The marching band, color guard and percussion programs are finishing up a strong competition season.  As many of you are aware, our band competes in field shows against many other high schools and this year they have seen tremendous success.  Our band has competed in 6 major competitions and they placed in the top 4 in all their competitions along with placing in 1^st place in the last three competitions.  On Saturday, November 18, they competed in the season championship finishing 3rd out of 22 bands earning a Bronze medal.  With only 14 seniors graduating out of 106 band members, Mr. Bird and the BHS band are primed for continued success. Congratulations to Mr. Bird and all the members of the BHS marching band.
