Field Trip Thank you Letters
You will write 3 Professional Thank you letters regarding the field trip. They need to be well thought out and include specific examples/details. Each letter needs to be typed. For each Professional Thank You Letter, you should start by saying who you are and why you are writing.
Letter 1; Chef Thomas Keller
What impact did it have on you? What did you take away from his advice that will help you in the future? Provide specific examples. Express your appreciation and thanks for him taking the time to meet with you.
Letter 2: The Marriott Team: Eric Stephens, Pilar, Chef Luis Cuadra, and Susie McDaniel
What you enjoyed most about the tours? What did you learn specifically that will help you in the future? What did you learn about the Marriott brand? Any reflections you may have about the information they provided. Thank them for their time and willingness to share their story with you!
Letter 3: Alycia Harshfield and Natalie Tong of CRAEF
(They are the ones that chose BHS to participate in this exciting opportunity- they arranged the meeting with Chef as well as the tours we did at the JW and Ritz)

Please Email letters to me, or share on google docs BEFORE the due date. You may bring in the letters if you want to print them at home. I will be mailing them THIS WEEKEND and need them before then!
