Class Description

I am excited you have decided to continue to explore your career and employment possibilities in the food service industry. In this Advanced course, we will go more in-depth into the knowledge you acquired in year 1. This will be done through classroom instruction and hands-on experience. We are now an enhanced ProStart Program. What this means to you? Specialized training, field trip opportunities, garden project, guest speakers, industry exposure, and mentorship. As part of the advanced program, you will also be in charge of supervising our class garden, harvesting, and menu creation.
