KCAL News Spotlights Bonita High School’s Outstanding Programs

We’re excited to announce that KCAL News recently paid a visit to Bonita High School! This was part of their newly launched series, “Class Act,” which celebrates schools making significant impacts on their students. Every other week, they shine a spotlight on a different institution, and we’re honored to be the inaugural school featured.

During their visit, KCAL kicked things off by covering our vibrant cheerleaders, the dedicated football team, The Den, and our energetic drumline. They also showcased the mesmerizing skills of our color guard, the passionate cooks in culinary, and the mechanically-inclined automotive students in our auto shop.

Our students possess a wealth of talent, and it was a heartwarming experience to see them shine on a bigger platform. The school would like to extend our gratitude to all the teachers, coaches, and especially the students who rose early to be ambassadors for Bonita High School. Their hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. KCAL was thoroughly impressed with what they witnessed.

Below, you’ll find links to the various segments that were aired. When you have a moment, do take a peek at the fantastic programs and students we have here at BHS. We truly are a “Class Act”!
