Transcendentalist Readings

Due Wed May 18, 2016
Go to Google Classroom and respond with your choice of "personal experience"- hike, public transportation, or people watching in a public place- and 2 quotes from each of the readings that you might use for the project. Reading assignments are Emerson 's "Nature" and "Self-Reliance" and Thoreau's "Civil Disobedience" and "Walden". All are located in your Literature book. Cite the quotes so I know which ones they came from. ("Title", Author). Only those who complete this assignment will be able to watch the movie tomorrow. Otherwise, you will be reading and completing before you are allowed in. You don't want to miss out, it is a GREAT movie!
