On Thursday, February 23rd,  there was a meeting for all the students who want to apply, or reapply for class council or ASB next school year. Mrs Pocino, the ASB director went over the application process with what they are looking for in the upcoming ASB and class council members.

Applications are due on Friday, March 10th at 4:00 PM, printed in the ASB room. The application video is also due on March 10th, in google classroom. This year there is also an option to submit work samples for applying to ASB . For students applying to ASB, the constitution test will take place at 1:04 pm on March 14th, or the 17th in room 507. On March 20th there will be a leadership group activity as the last part of the application process. Good luck to all students applying, and the lists will be posted to Google Classroom on April 1st.

All applicants must have at least a cumulative GPA of 2.5, and elected positions must have at least a 3.0. Campaigning for elected positions will take place from March 21st-29th with only the posters that ASB has approved. From March 27th-29th the voting will take place.

For those who make it in, the first training day will be on April 15th from 8:00am-12:00pm for the spring retreat. Throughout the year there will be various trainings and retreats for both ASB and for the class councils.
